Audio commentary - where to find it?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for the audio commentary by the cast and crew that can apparently be found on some DVD ediotions. It is definitely featured on the US Special Edition.
Unfortunately, I live in Europe, so Region 1 DVDs won't work with my DVD player. Does anybody know if that commentary is available on any other edition than the US one? Or have any idea how to get hold of it?
