Orlando Bloom

God!!!!! I can' t believe it! Orlando Bloom plays an extra in this film... still as hot as ever ! But I have to admit that Jude Law is the most amazing and gorgeous actor in Hollywood right now!!

reply

Jude and Orlando in the same film... to die for. LOL.

reply

Yes, but who does he say "looking for someone?" to? In what context? Gaaah! this is killing me. I can't get hold of a copy of this movie and I want to know why it's so funny. (tragic, really)

Mmmm... pirates...

reply

He calls it to Oscar, across the street.

No offence was meant by the previous post. Probably.

reply

Yeah, that's the only reason me and my friend got this out ... sadly we didn't get very some of the scenes were just a tad disturbing!
But Orlando was so cute in it! He made it all worth it

I was at the Rotk WORLD Premier!!

reply

duh huh huh gays guys are icky durrrr

I hope you impale yourself on something

reply

There wasn't anything disturbing or 'icky' about the film at all. Bloody homophobes.

Renting this movie to see Orlando Bloom would be a waste of time. I think he has one brief scene and one line if I remember correctly. He looks good, of course, but he's only in it for a moment. If you are a Jude Law fan, however, this is DEFINITELY a movie for you. He is just too beautiful and you get to see lots of him.

Caught that, too... funny as hell. ^_^

I'd always thought Orlando would be great as a, well, "Rent Boy".
Hehehehehehe

I never even noticed Orlando in this movie, i thought all the "rentboys" were quite striking to me, and i remember the scene (i have seen this movie so many times)So i will have to watch it again in order to notice Bloom. i just absolutely LOVED this movie, I loved Oscar's passions and his unique expression of thought, very charming personality. Jude Law i think is one of the most beautiful men in hollywood, and a great actor to boot, especially in this film. His childish selfishness was almost becoming (should we say: Spoiled Brat!!) I loved him anyway, I could see how Oscar could not say No to this man. Orlando Bloom doesn't really do it for me though (sorry) But it was funny when me and my roommate saw LOTR and he (a straight guy) was watching with me and during some of the scenes with Bloom busted out with "Ohh my god, i think i am attracted to him, he is really hot!" It was pretty funny. I could just imagine Orlando's fan mail:....."Dearest Orlando, I thought I was a straight guy my whole life until I saw you in LOTR and now I am questioning where I go from here etc etc" LOL
He is pretty androgenous looking and I can see the attraction in him whether you are male or female....Anyway.... I Love Wilde!!

lmao! that's hillarious, really. I don't know... Bloom always seems to have a very detatched look to him. No matter which expression he's showing. For example, when Borimir (is that how you spell it?) dies, he looks like he's having some kind of devistating inner conflict.

reply

Hilarious, Boromir, devastating.

What exactly is so disturbing about the male love scenes in this film? They're hardly graphic, much less so than some heterosexual love scenes in other films, and are, I think, very tastefully done. Ok, so Fry's hardly a looker, but the scenes are supposed to further the plot of the film and show what actually happened, not turn you on. It's not porn for goodness sake, although the way you're all drooling over Orlando "who needs talent when you look like me" Bloom you'd think it was. This is the first time you've heard of Oscar Wilde no doubt? Of course, his celebrity and genius pales in comparison to that of that unequalled actor Bloom. *snort*

galaxysong9 - Touché. That was a blow to the ego. And here I always harass other people about their grammar. Just shows my hypocrisy I suppose.

antigherkin - * applauds * I, being a complete Reznor-obsessed half-wit, have no right to scoff at the Orlando fangirls, so I’m glad you did. Hurray for you, and everyone who knew who Oscar Wilde was before they looked up Orlando Blooms filmography!

reply

I'm sorry, I really am, that I didn't know who he was until I looked it up on Orlando Bloom's filmography, but I am only 14. I'm sure I would've heard of him somewhere else if I hadn't looked OB up.

Let me just say that I am going to watch Oscar Wilde, but not because I want to see Orlando in it, but because it really looks like a good movie now that I've gotten some information on it. So thank Orlando that he caused me to look up Oscar Wilde and get interested :D

//Interviewer: 'Why are you wearing bright yellow socks today?'
Orlando Bloom: 'I just like yellow socks.'//

I agree with amy, while storming this board to talk about a 10-second appearance of your crush Orlando Bloom, you should at least be sensitive about gay issues, considering the film.
