how many people actually saw this film?

I remember being a crazed teenybopper fan of Jtt and Devon and dragged my two best friends to see this in the movie theaters when it came out. We were the only three people there which was cool cause we had a big theater to oursleves but sad because no one else would go see this film and it was out of the movies with two weeks of it being released. I can't even remember what happens in this film. So I was wondering how many people did actually go see this in the theaters. I don't think it made any money at all.

I had no idea Devon had, like, teeny boppers after him.

I always just thought of him as the guy from Idle Hands and Final Destination. He's a great actor.

I never knew about the Johnathan Taylor Thomas phase, hehe.

He was a heart throb back then especially when Casper came out.

I can still remember the loud unison gasp when Casper turned into Devon for the night ball in my theatre. I'm from the Philippines btw. Every preteen and teenage girl squealed loudly when the camera panned to him.

This movie didn't make any money because it sucked.

omg lol i was about 13 when this movie came out and I remember not being able to wait to see it but I didn't see it until it came out on video. I had a huge crush on Devon Sawa, and for awhile I even put a poster of him on the ceiling above my bed. (got the idea from the Judy Blume book "For as long as we're together") I still have the movie might pop it in the VCR later.

I had a choice between seeing this for my 9th birthday or Star Wars (which was being re-released for its 20th anniversary). I decided to see Star Wars and rent this film when it came out on video (remember video, everyone?). When I did get it out, it instantly became one of my all-time favourites. It remains one of my favourite childhood movies. I rented it out so many time that my dad finally gave in and got e a copy, which I still have! I just loved the adventure, the brotherly love..... and Devon Sawa *drrroooooooool*
Hehe, I also remember thinking that even at 16 years old, JTT looked even younger than I did. He IS the answer to botox.....

I think I was in 6th grade when this movie came out, me and my best friend at the time, had these massive crushes on Devon Sawa. We watched this movie every weekend, over and over again! And most of it I still remember. When a song from the movie comes on the radio, I'm sucked right back into the past, which is pretty cool.
