ok so ive been trying to figure out for years the name of this movie and if it really is the one im thinking it is. it hasn't been in a nearby blockbuster for years so ive never been able to rent it... plus i wasnt sure if this is the right movie.

is this the movie where the kid's friend has epilepsy?
anyone who knows... the answer would be greatly appreciated.

i HAD epilepsy i had to take medication for it
