Australian slang questions

When Angie sees Teddy naked in the outdoors shower she calls him a "seppo" or "zeppo" or something like that. Anyone know what she's saying and what it means? I'm guessing it means either circumsized or uncircumsized?

Also she calls him a "yink" I believe. Anyone know what that means?

I found an online Aussie dictionary that explained drongo (stupid person), yobbo (uncouth person) and polly (politician), but seppo/zeppo and yink are not listed.

I couldn't tell if she was saying 'seppo' or 'zeppo' either, but in context it is 'seppo,' a derogatory word used by the English and Australians for Americans. The 'sep' is derived from septic tank, i.e. - tank rhymes with yank and some consider Americans to be full of s*%#, just like a septic tank.

She is saying "seppo" and "yank".

Maybe this mattress will spin on its axis and find me on yours.

It's nothing to do with Aussies thinking Americans are fill of *beep*
It simply rhyming slang.
Yank rhymes with Septic Tank, Seppo is short for Septic Tank.

reply

^^Wrong.
Seppo is short for 'Septic tank' which is rhyming slang for Yank (meaning an American, not New Yorker specifically.)
It is not derogatory at all. The full of *beep* is imagined.
