Goran Visnjic
I haven't seen this movie yet. But recently I'm becoming a fan of Goran Visnjic. What's his part in the movie like? Do you recommend me buying it just because of him?
No one has left a scar quite like you...

fairly good war movie, typical hollywood good guy wins thing. goran is a serbian driver working for the british media. he later becomes a serbian soldier, and represents the average man in sarajevo 1992-6. i dont wanna spoil anything, but he was my favourite character. and woody was my least favourite character, sort of a d*ck, but you should check it out, sure.
shareCool, thanks! I'll definitely buy it. :)
shareWasn't he Bosnian in the movie?

I am a Croatian so to enlighten you slightly, Goran Visnjic, a Croat, is playing a role of an Bosnian Serbian judging by his movie name Risto Baric (it is ethnically a Serbian name), but to answer the original question, yes the movie is both accurate historically and entertaining.
shareHi takac :). The movie just finished on Croatian national TV and I am looking for a thread of interest to reply to. I'm from Croatia, and um... I just wanted to make a note that this movie, despite how much it lacks in its' film attributes, allways makes me shed a tear at the end. And that I swear, as long as i live, i'll never forget all those wasted lives. What a sad time.
