The most boring movie that he's ever reviewed? well, I wouldn't call it entertaining but... how could it be boring with that wonderful over-the-top villain?
I'd also like to say that it has a very... odd setup to begin with... good-natured boy with limp who's tricked into vandalism falls into sewer which takes him into dull fantasy world for some reason where's he forced to learn boring as hell Zen wisdom when he doesn't really have any flaws (asides from being boring) to begin with.
And geez, they sure forgot to give character to a bunch of kung-fu kangaroos, of all things.
I'm glad I haven't seen that movie all the way and the Critic was right, the villian was the only thing "interesting" about that movie. Also, you had Marley Shelton with her blonde curls so I would give one more point for that movie.
