I have to say, it's one of the films I've grew up with as a kid. If only there were more American Tokusatsu like Star Kid...
shareSame here! I got a VHS of this film for Christmas from my grandma and of course I watched it dozens of times. In fact all the movies I saw theatrically or on video as a kid had a huge impact on me, whatever they were - SPECIES 2, PREDATOR, STAR KID and all the others I remember seeing back then (OK I wasn't really prepared for SPECIES 2) ..... movies just don't have the same effect on me anymore. Shame!
