The Ending didn't satisfy me

All throughout the movie there is this buildup towards Flappy getting his revenge against the rapist, and he doesn't even get to hurt him real bad? HE DIES FROM A HEART ATTACK AND HE JUST WATCHES?

It's been forever since I watched this. They were probably trying to keep the character innocent I suppose. Not the satisfaction he probably wanted, but still closure.

Hate to say it.. I kind of felt the same way.

People might argue that this kept Will clean of regret. But the cost is a total lack of closure for what he went through.

For a guy making his living as a clown around kids... being raped by three men and then just attempting to go on with life without closure sounds like a dangerous psychological cocktail.

Not to mention- it really did make for an unsatisfying ending. But then, maybe the intention was to show that there's no recourse for such a psychologically damaging event. There's no reversing trauma, and two wrongs don't make a right, etc.

Still... Unsatisfying. Even if it were just an additional three minute scene showing him out of character, it would have made a difference.

"Sorry detective. There was a fish... IN the percolator."

It was the video tape that bothered me. Are we supposeod to believe they were still recording on the same tape months later but in a different camera?
