This is the first post I've ever written, so I hope people reply.
Does anyone know how to acquire this movie in Canada? Maybe stores that would have it, or someone I could borrow it from? I tried Wal-Mart, Best Buy, and HMV, but they want to charge me over $40 to ship it. I'm a fan of Billy, but I can't afford that.
I've been wanting to know too! I live in Canada as well but I haven't been able to find it either. Please tell me if you find out anything. Thanks.

I actually found a copy on e-bay, but buy the time I changed currencies and bought a money order, I only saved about $2. Oh well, I'll know better for next time.
Well, I'm in New Brunswick and at this moment, the film is being shipped to me by Zip.ca which is an online rental service that I totally recommend. Until recently, the movie wasn't available (it was listed on the site but all their copies were taken so I had to wait) but once it was, I changed my settings to "A.S.A.P." (which means of all the movies on my wish list, I want this one first), and now it's on it's way. Should be here by Tuesday or Wednesday.
I know this thread was started almost a year ago (lol) but yeah, at least Zip.ca has it, and if you sign up for their free two-week trial period, watch the movie, and send it back before two weeks is up, you won't even have to pay a cent for it! That is much better than paying $40 just for shipping, oui?
