The character Dunaway plays has Streisand written all over it!

Seriously, I only watched this for Dunaway, but it was an odd role for her---one that really didn't fit her at all!

Unfortunately though, the kind of role best-suited to Dunaway's persona is one which is scarcely made anymore---that of the grand dame with an aristocratic air. Anything other than that leaves much to be desired, once one realizes how much of Dunaway's own unique persona is missing from the equation.

Though, since her type of role is hard to come by these days, I can more or less forgive the miscasting. But I have to wonder...Why the heck wasn't Babs cast, in this, a role that seems likee it was made for her?!
