What if they were to make another Power Rangers?What would you like it to be about?
If they were to make another movie I would like to see the movie close the series for good with having old rangers return to help defeat villains who survived and them trying to ressurect a super villain or something(Dark Spector) and have rangers reunite.I know this is a fanfiction and that it will never happen but I can dream lol

2) Make a sequal to 1995 film (Had a different from the TV Show stroylines)
3) ORGINAL IDEA. I'd like to see movie set years into the future, where Tommy would be a Zordon like figure (with out being caught in the time worp)and he leads a team of new Power Rangers (That resemble the original rangers)I'd like to see it made more in the style of the 95 film. rather than the TV show.

It's funny because everything 80s/90s is back like in music Spice Girls & Take That reunited! It should be more like a reunion thing. haha.. LNMaguire maybe you didnt know but I forget what version of Power Rangers.. I think it was like Dino.. Tommy was kinda like a leader he knew about the rangers/who were the rangers. (Just wanted to point that out) lol But that sounds pretty good to me!!
shareas for tommy being leader he was the leader of the PR's in Dinothunder you see him one time before that in PR:wildforce in the episode forever red(my fav)as for a new plot and all i think they should incorporate some of the series that wasn't relesed over here in america for the movie but at the same time mix in some of the older rangers(tommy, kimberly,ect)
shareHere's my idea for a MMPR movie. The best thing to do would be to go back to basics and re-invent some of the story ideas from the original series.
What if the Goldar was actually a monster uncovered in an Egyptian dig in the 1930's and he was sealed in a sarcophagus until the modern day when he breaks out, causing havoc. You could introduce Rita Repulsive in the story if needed.
Cue some traditional MMPR action and there you have it!
The villains I'd most like to see in a movie from the original series are Goldar and Bones.

If they ever make another Power Rangers movie, I'd like it to be a complete reboot, with no ties to any of the other series. I'd like it to be a darker, more serious and more sophisticated intrepretation, not just aimed at kids. Films like TransFormers and all of the recent superhero movies have proved that there is a strong market for serious movies of previously kid's franchises.
What I'd like to see in a reboot movie, would be a darker version of the original MMPR series with completely revamped villains (without silly names like 'Rita Repulsa'. Maybe Lord Zedd could stay). The PR squad could include Jason (the do-gooder jock), Kimberley (the pom-pom princess with hidden depths), Billy (the geek who grows into a stronger character), Adam (nothing would be worse than having another African American Black Ranger) and Aisha (same applies for the Yellow Ranger). Tommy could also be introduced as a badboy character from the get-go. Later in the movie, he becomes the Evil Green Ranger and the climax of the movie could be how he is turned back into an ally.
The sequel could be Jason supposedly being killed in duty and Tommy stepping up as the new White Ranger and the leader of the Power Rangers.
Seriously, I think this could really work if given the right treatment. It could be like X-Men meets Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

shareThere is nothing wrong with a black person being a ranger, but people found it racist that the original black ranger was black and the original yellow ranger was Asian. It wasn't intended to be racist but that is the way people saw it, which is why people don't want a black ranger who is African American.

I think Dino Thunder would've made for a good Power Rangers movie. Straight to video though of course, because it would've been a bomb no doubt.

shareWell Saban has bought PR back from Disney and I heard along with a new series next year they are toying around with idea of making another movie. So it might happen.

shareI don't think they have any ideas yet, but I doubt it would be an origin story. Although, being a huge fan of MMPR I would LOVE a movie with the original Rangers done correctly. Not like the original 95 movie.

I doubt the original rangers would want to return or that it would work to have them return. They're all in their 40s or close to it and Thuy Trang (Trini Kwan) is dead. There's no going back.
shareWe also have to remember that unless Saban produces the movie in line with Union standards many of the past rangers (including Walter) cannot appear in a movie (or series) without being fined. Judging by what has been said at conventions, it seems like a good portion of the first few casts would return if things were done "properly."
