Check out the Trivia section of "Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie" to find out the answer to that. Or better yet, read my post here on the boards for the answers to that:

The assembly cut was 3 hours. There's no way they filmed 3 hours of releasable material for this film. That would just be idiotic. Assembly cuts are always 3 hours.

Actually, from what I've read, there WAS three hours of cut scenes. This is entirely possible because the screenplay was being re-written as they were filming it due to various factors, the most notable of which was including Jason and Kimberly being temporarily turned evil because it was one of the two reasons they even got Austin St. John to reprise his role for the movie (the second reason was, of course, more money to pay his bills and support his mother).

Here are some of the things written out, as I've mentioned before:

- Tommy being attacked by a crocodile and Kat saving him with a flame thrower from her Power Box.

- Lt. Stone at an international dance competition, waiting for Bulk and Skull to arrive and trade shifts with him.

- All scenes of the Rangers' mermaid ally from the script, Mandika, who would've saved Kimberly from drowning after leaving Divatox's bilge and being saved from Divatox's torpedos by a bungee stunt from her love interest Adam, were cut out entirely though the scenes were filmed.

- The Rangers pass a narrow hallway with spooky snake headed sculptures and snakes drop from either side of the ceiling at them, which is followed by a sequence in a giant lava room where the Rangers had to jump from floating stone to floating stone in order to cross the abyss.

- Two sequences cut out, but shown partly during the end credits, were Jason, Kimberly, the Liarians and Bulk in Skull in the Turbo Megazord with the Rangers and then an epilogue at the Power Chamber where the Rangers, Rocky, Jason and Kimberly see the Liarians prepare to leave Earth.

- An alternate ending, whereBulk and Skull regain their memories and realize they haven't relieved Lt. Stone from his post. They find him dressed like a Kabuki dancer and he chases after them when they attempt to explain what happened to them.

There's much more listed at my previous thread about the film being three hours long. I hope that explanation helped.

I wonder if any of this actually exists or if it's all just urban legend/some board tech guy on the movie wrote it up and floated it around the net, knowing anything Power Rangers related would spread to its interested audience. Sadly, the only way we'll know for sure is if we ever see any of this footage and I'm 99.9% sure that will never happen because who is going to spend money on it? I'm certainly not. Those of us who were of that generation have grown up, had kids and now have other things that demand our financial attention.
