Anyone know the name of the movie where...

A women with a knife, and a guy with gun have a stand off, while they both sit in chairs. The women throws the knife, and it gets him in the chest. While he shoots her in the her in the head.

Also close to the beginning of the movie, there's a guy that swallowed a bag of drugs, and he tries to *beep* it out, but ends up going unconscious. Later at the end of the movie he wakes up, and gets shot right in the head. Anyone know the name of the movie?
