So do Truman and Sylvia

head off to Tahiti together? What do you think?

reply

Nope.....Fiji. :)

reply

I doubt either of them can afford it honestly. Truman's bank card probably doesn't work in the real world.

reply

Dude, Truman could probably sue them for billions for the time he was on the show and all the merchandising they've done of his image.

reply

Oh right. I did not consider that.

reply

Why sueing? He was beloved world wide, so every brand would give him at least in the first years anything just by advertising that he is using their service IN THE REAL world. So at least the flight to Fiji would be paid off. He would be likely already having a perfect live with just getting all the merchandise money he earns in the last years.

reply

I think the advertisers would be co-defendants and the lot of them (producers, advertisers, government) would be forking over a massive settlement to avoid an even larger jury settlement. The value of Truman's own brand would only further add to that. He would have become obscenely wealthy.

reply

Not being well versed with drivers in the real world, he is immediately run over by a car and dies the minute he exits the massive stage he'd been living in his whole life.
