THE worst movie ever!

I thought the movie was pretty good, and Charlize Theron was hot! I think what hurt the movie, the reason I believe some people don't like it is because the whole problem in the movie was created by someone being stupid. One person doing one stupid thing. In a bar where Jeff Daniels and his friends are drinking at, two toughnecks start fighting each other over whos quarter was put into a winning slot machine. Lawyer Jeff stupidly walks up to them, talks like a cocky smart*** to them at the heat of the moment when they're both p***ed off, and it's a wonder why they knocked him out cold? Then one of Jeff's friends tells him to take (what I guessed was percocet or vicodin) 1 pill every three hours but Jeff mistakenly instead takes three pills 1 hour, and while he was still drunk. Then he's so doped up and out of it the following morning when he's supposed to be in court. So therefore the entire court case is severely altered and messed up and his lawyer career is on the line. All a chain reaction from the one stupid move Jeff made in the bar.

But as the court case continued after Michael took over from Jeff, which he had to do because of Jeff's stupid mistake, there were then some pretty good funny scenes in my opinion. And I liked the scenes with Charlize. Like I said, she was hot.
