I was at a cinema where they were playing one of the ST Movies. Right there in the lobby, dressed in full ST Uniform (blouse, trousers, etc.) was a middle-aged, balding, overweight guy handing out flyers for the local ST Fan Club.

All I could think of was that famous SNL " Get A Life!!! " sketch with William Shatner. In fact, I was going to ask the guy, " Have you ever kissed a girl??? ", a la Shatner, but decided to let him enjoy his illusion of coolness...

Leave Trekkies alone, they enjoy doing that, who cares? Not hurting anyone...

Everybody is smart, even the dumb ones. They're just too dumb to realise it.

These guys like to dress up like ST characters, so what ????!!!!! We live in democracy and they don't harm anyone by doing this. They don't give a *beep* about what people think, that's cool.
