Titanic broke from the bottom up?

Just after the lights went out the hull bottom started to break first, shows it on the behind the scenes video of the sinking miniature https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CSlRlWy0yE0

Like Roy Mengot's bottom up theory but his shows the bow and stern still connected by B deck.

If it broke from the top down everything on top should be clear and straight and the bottom should be crushed and compressed.
