This was Leo's peak

I never before understood why so many people find Leonardo DiCaprio sexy (same goes for that creep Johnny Depp), but after seeing this film for the first time I get it now! He was at his absolute peak in this movie. His perfectly tan skin, those turquoise eyes...swoon! Even you straight guys have to admit he was gorgeous in this!

I also have to say I found his acting to be excellent. I generally can't stand watching Leo in any more recent films because he always seems to be doing imitations of characters rather than BEING the characters. Plus he always seems to have an air of pompousness about him that's palpable even through his acting. But that was nowhere to be seen in this film which I found both surprising and refreshing.

Have you seen The Great Gatsby? I thought he was excellent in it!

Yes, looks-wise, he was beautiful in Titanic, and gave a great performance.

Inception was awesome dude

I'd say his peak started with Romeo + Juliet (he and Claire Danes are the only screen R&J I have seen who actually looked like they were in love, which is kind of crucial) and continued until... I guess The Beach.

Since then, while he has given several very good performances (and some bad ones, but that's another story), I don't think he is attractive at all.

He looks bloated the last couple of years. Like a giant baby.

Have you seen Blood Diamond? Man, he was incredible. That's the movie where I realized he was a great actor, not Titanic.

I'd never even heard of it but I'm about to watch it now :P

Let me know what you thought of it. I went in with low expectations and was really surprised.

One of my favorite movies.

It's hard to go past Titanic, it had all the right ingredients for the mid-1990s.

But personally I always thought his best movie was Catch Me If You Can, however I do want to see The Beach again one day.

catch me if you can, the scene near the end in the factory, great acting.

It was probably the biggest flop I have seen in the entire industry\\\
