Wasn't there a movie called "Tidal Wave" in the 70s?
I remember when I was like eight I saw a trailer on TV and asked my parents to take me to see it. It was BORING! (for an eight year old)

It wasn't a dubbed film (I remember a lot of caucasiens) and it was not a made for TV movie.
