Incredible 10 minutes...
This is a great film, but slow moving and exhausting at times.
Within this film, there is a perfect 10 minute sequence that on its own makes this film worth watching.
1:10 to 1:20 is purely fantastic bizarre cinema.
I think the openning scenes are amazing.
Can you remnind me of the scene between 1:10 and 1:20 please - was it the airport?

No it was the stuff before it with the girl getting prepared to commit suicide as an offering and the desperate scene in the cafe afterwards. You are right that was a frightful, aweful and shocking sequence. Very powerful stuff.
