Cho's very funny in it. She and Goldthwait basically play off each other a lot. I consider her performance in this movie a lot like her performance in It's My Party (with Eric Roberts), except with less focus on her as an individual character.
FYI, I just got the movie on DVD at Amazon.com. I was shocked to find it and swept it up immediately. If your a fan of both Garafolo's and Cho's it's definitely worth the 12 bucks, or whatever it was.
Oh, I'd also note that Mitch Rouse plays the male lead in this. I didn't realize until later (I saw this when it was on IFC or Sundance or one of those channels in the late 90's) that he was a comedian too. He did the whole Exit 57 thing with Paul Dinello, Amy Sedaris, and Stephen Colbert.
Anyway, this movie is definitely just worth owning.
