Reminds me of The Truth About Cats and Dogs

There are some similarities: she's kind of offbeat, doesn't introduce herself as herself, has a whole lot of baggage (especially since both Abby and Jasmine have insecurities about their appearance), both films deals with trust, intimacy...

I saw The Truth About Cats and Dogs and I loved Abby. That was the reason I sought Janeane out and fell in love with her persona and work. I understand why she has issues with that film, but I can't help but love it.
I've never heard her discuss Sweethearts, but I hope she at least likes this one, because I certainly do.
I also read that Cats and Dogs was supposed to be more serious than it was and not have that conventional ending and, watching Sweethearts and everyone's performances, I really wished it had.

Anywho, I really enjoy how she plays these women and discusses their inadequacies. I'd like to see films delve even deeper into topics like these.
