I love this movie so much. Is there any other Comedy/SciFi flicks that make you laugh as well as feel very adventurous inside?

heres a few I can name that youd most likely really like if you got into Space Truckers:

THE ADVENTURES OF PLUTO NASH
EVOLUTION
GALAXY QUEST

any other films as such?

It's not similar in theme but Re-Animator (also directed by Stuart Gordon) is a really hilarious and fun Sci-Fi movie. The Fifth Element (which you've probably seen). Darkman. Starship Troopers. Flash Gordon. Repo Man.
