Too dumb to considered be a good film

It could have been okay if the plot didn't depend on every single one of the robbers being incompetent morons who make mind-bogglingly dumb decisions to advance to plot. Obviously Chino is the biggest moron who never would have been brought along in the first place.

Moron #1 Chino: Makes nearly no sense that someone so overly dumb, incompetent, mentally unstable and impulsive would be brought along on this operation who nearly single handedly ruins the robbery and the escape attempt.

Moron #2 Hobbs: At first glance he comes across as fairly level headed and worldly as opposed to the likes of the borderline mentally disabled Chino who he feels will cause the downfall of their plans due to is incompetence and instability but he instead decides to self fulfill his prophecy of doom and gloom by provoking Chino at every turn, which derails their plans more than once. Somehow he willingly goes along with chino's asinine decision to pick up a stranded woman and is then very easily manipulated by her leading to his death.

Moron #3 Pike while not overtly dumb and reckless as the previous two he is an incompetent leader incapable of properly managing his crew. Then after barely surviving his crews' dumb shenanigans including picking up a random woman because she's hot out of nowhere he proposes that they go off together in the sunset and is somehow surprised when she declines to go off with a criminal killer/kidnapper. But as it turns out he wasn't surprised and in fact had emptied the gun before she somehow came in to possession of it and turned it on him. This begs the question of why he bothered letting her drive off with 15 million dollars worth of merchandise when she had an empty gun. There was no indication that he was aware of the police roadblock ahead assuming in his mind he was setting her up to take the fall (no way she would be tried for anything) and he had no idea that there was a painting hidden in his jacket so the ending really makes no sense whatsoever.
Moron

#4 Booker & Crane: Tied for the position of the two least overtly dumb characters ironically are the first two to die. Crane’s sin is allowing the the moronic Chino anywhere near this heist he planned and it Cost him his life. Booker is dumb enough that he somehow manages to get his neck broken by a scrawny David Caruso in a brief bathroom scuffle.
