20 Nembutal is not what I'd consider a suicidal gesture/cry for help. Nembutal is what euthanasia-advocating doctors literally prescribe to send terminal patients off to the other side in the most peaceful way possible. In overdose, one falls asleep on it and doesn't wake back up. One would not accidentally overdose on this medication; taking that shows a very clear, focused, pre-meditated effort at researching the best way to commit suicide.
