Don't get the hate, I liked it!

I know I fall under the minority here, but I actually like this film. Ok it's not as good as the first one, fair play, but I was actually very entertained by this one. I really liked Willem Dafoe's character, his sheer crazyness and eccentric genius. The characters were great and funny, and can't honestly say there's much wrong with it.

I always liked it. It's a decent sequel.

Quite the soundtrack, I'd say that was probably the best part of the film.

I thought it was ok. I've seen stuff like Sharknado, so this seemed pretty grounded.

Anyone catch this - when Geiger's plane hits the pole I swear he goes, "Waaaaazzzzzuuuuuppppp!" Just like in the commercials.

It is pure unrefined sh!t, and remains one of the worst sequels ever made right up there with RoboCop 3 and Jaws The Revenge.

SPIRAL OUT!........KEEP GOING!

It's no classic but it's better than a lot of the other Die Hard clones out there. Curiously, one of the main complaints at the time of its release - shaky handheld camerawork - is now more common than ever thanks to Bourne etc.

My only issue with this movie is the beginning; Sandra Bullock's character we assume got involved with Keanu Reeves character Jack after the first movie and then broke up with him. Later she would get involved with Jason Patric's who unbeknown to her is not only cop but part of the same unit Jack was part of. Now that is so hard to swallow. And why did they bring back Glenn Plummer's character for those who don't know; he's the man whose car Jack took and wrecked in the first movie. It would have been interesting if it had been Jack who asked him to use his boat.
