The point of movie is like two separate realities going on in the same time, but they re not conncected with each other, because they re in different worlds. So how come in one scene when Gerry walks with Lydia suddenly he sees BLONDE HELEN from different "paralel world". Think about it, makes no sense.....
shareIsn't that because it's the Gerry from the different world? Even though he has split with Helen, he is still refusing to commit to Lydia because he's scared of her. So he's basically the same, with or without Helen.
shareIt's not blonde Helen from the alternate world. It's a scene from the "world" where she breaks up with him and cuts her hair. He's with Lydia because Helen has dumped him and he's still too chicken to dump Lydia!
