How can that be?
It's only one of the very best documentaries ever made.
I desperately need a copy of this on DVD.

I can't find it. I want to see it, but I can't find it.

I got mine of DeepDiscountDVD.com. It was a good price too. I highly recommend just buying it. Absolutely wonderfull.

This is by far the best documentary i have ever seen. Not only is it sick, but is also hillarious and sad. The penis nailing scene is just incredible. I was cringing, which says alot. I got mine off netflix, and watched it twice. I had friends over, and was like. "you just gotta see this one scene real quick before you leave" and i showed them the penis nail. It gets such a reaction. I love bob, and his wife. An incredible film.

I enjoyed this film, but I had to miss the last half. Did it show him dieing at the end? I also really liked his wife, she was so cool but she looked like an ultra closed minded conservative schoolteacher who would never be into S&M. Just shows, you can't judge a book by its cover.

yes. it shows him dying in the end. then it shows his corpse.

You don't actually see him die, but you see him just before
and just after. Sheree (his lover/ Dominatrix) documented quite a bit
of their life together, and even snapped some post-mortem photographs of him.
(She also saved the mucous that was pumped out of his lungs - he essentially
drowned internally).

After you've seen their partnership and collaboration through the first
half of the film, you'll see that it's not tasteless pictures, and such but
more like sweet memories she's taking. Yeah, I know that sounds twisted...
oh-well. Love and art can be like that.

There *are* happy bits in the film. Bob was very funny, creative,
and even inspiring.

The only thing I found distasteful was certain bits of
blasphemy here and there. But that's just me.

hi
i am a 16 yearold girl whom lives in australi who has cystic fibrosis when i fisrt viewed this film (13 yrs old) i loved it it was really touching and moving to me that he was not a persay normal kinnda guy becuase all the cystic fibrois kids i know are really normal and i really thought of him as a hero because i felt a connection with him being the way he was he didnt care wat anybody thought of him and i found it very moving and insperatinal at the end wen he dies because most CF people die at a young age and to see him got to the age he was and have a very not rough but out there lifestyle its incredable to see him at his age .

I nearly couldnt watch the last part of the movie (him dieyin) becuase it hit really close to home with me because i know how Cf people die but i did not know that u can drown basically in ones mucus, iam glad though that his girlfirend/wife (cant rmeber) kept his mucus it was romatic in a weird way but it was a very emotianl movie for me and whom ever says that it is a sick film just try to look at it form my point of view (that he did S&M to take his mind of CF and take the pain away from CF it was his exit of the reality well at least thats how i view it)
