i'm asking anyone if they know the name of the song in the opening credits, because i think it's a good song. so if anybody knows, please tell me!!

The song is titled, " When We Have Run ", they say in the credits the music is done by Goran Bregovic, but it says that it is sung by another artist. If you look on your DVD at the end of the movie it should tell you all that you need 2 know in the credits. Look for that title ( When We Have Run ), and it shall tell you all that. I have been also searching for this song on the internet, and everywhere else I could look to try to find it, but I have had no success. If you can help me to find it, or even if you hear of a soundtrack, or where I could possibly download it, please let me know. my e-mail is

I have been looking for the classical song that is used in the movie and in the preview. Can you please tell me where I can find it on cd.

Goran Bregovic released a CD called Silence Of The Balkans, which includes the some of the music from the film.

All of the text of the song comes from (surprise!) an Andrew Marvell poem called "The Garden", only mixed up in interesting ways and greatly shortened. I wish there were a soundtrack. I love the song that comes before that in the ending credits. Anyone know what that is?

me too! i have looked everywhere and the soundtrack just doesnt exist...
i love the music piece as they are clearing out all the greenery to make the garden

No, you are completely all wrong - I am from croatia, and this is the song from Bregovic group called "Bijelo Dugme" and the song is written sometimes in the seventies, and it's called "Sve ce to mila moja prekriti snijegovi, ružmarin i sas"
I was sitting, watching tv, when this movie started and I remembered this song as it was my favorite when I was a child. Only it is in croatian or bosnian-whatever. Anyway here's the link:
