good acting, some good quotes..and one or two laugh out loud moments

I taped this from a graveyard AM slot from Irish television and watche dthis today while doing something else.

despite it's ultimate failure as a film (I think the makers themselves would admit to that), I thought the actors can hold their chins high..in particular Joe Pantoliano(who plays the "big movie dealmaker who lives in a park" character) and Kristy Swanson (who plays the nynphomaniac/budding film director).

It made me laugh out loud in places.

When Panoliano's character is rumbled coming out of the park toilet, after obviously staying the night there, he is challenged by the others and he points to "his" expensive convertible in the car park as proof that he's not living in park. the car, of course, is driven away a few moments later by it's real owner.

Or during the scenes at the rich-but-screwed-up characters house where the story unravels...

I know that a few good oneliners, good acting and some funny moments doesn't a great film make. But, if you're thinking of watching it and popped into imdb.com for tips - if there's nothing else on. Watch it with extremely low expectations.
