I was watching some old clips of Selena on You Tube and the real Selena doesn't seem as appreciative accepting her grammy as portrayed in the movie. It almost seemed like she felt she entitled. She also didn't seem as humble/wholesome as portrayed in the movie. Just an observation on my part though.

She even stated that she was beyond nervous being among so many stars before and even before her death, said she got starstruck and very nervous being at those award shows. People tend to find negatives in everything.
I think you've taken it the wrong way from that one Grammy clip you had watched. It certainly doesn't paint the full story of Selena and what she was really like as a person. It couldn't be further from the truth. You should read the interviews from her close family and the ones who had worked closely with her to get a picture of what the real Selena was like. Her family and the ones who had worked closely to her have generally said she was a very caring, generous, sweet, goofy, and humble person.
