How is Lifetime a 'Woman's channel'

I've watched Lifetime since it's start in 1984 and in the review it said it's a womans channel which is bull crap Alls they do is air TV movies that's based on women and Lifetime got rid of that whole "Television For Women" slogan and replaced it with "My story is on Lifetime"
