But then i hear it turned out the cops release him,some say it was premise on daddy warbucks$ the father getting him his own dream team type law firm helpin' the spoil BF,i dont' know what to believe,but the page was a 1st cousin who was very very close to the victim Em.If he was not the real murderer OR got away with it that is worse
leaving the familia of ms.garcia without any full closure at all...So sad

emily resemble the dark hair beauty of soleil,great story with "real facts"or it was suppose to be a page with EMILY 1st cousin,they "grew up together"great page,and i will try find it,if i still can,i seen it on FB last summer not too long ago,and the cousin say,"We the family still miss her/think of her"and how she would have only been early 40s,older but still a young woman to live full life in 40s etc. sad but her cousin said,the guy was arrested,and i even recall her saying the ENTIRE familia was at the trial and friends etc.I know so many stories on this,but sad yea i don't really know personally if he was convicted,from other blogs/stories beside FB i m hearing all diff things,but again i will try to locate the cousin fb page again i have not seen it since last summer,didn't save it. In any event... RIP to the baby and the real emily.

I just found the above site as well. I could see this being more along the lines of An American Tragedy/A Place in the Sun than a movie based on the case we all assumed. They take too many liberties with the story for it to be so. If people assume it's about Emily, then they'd think they caught the murderer, but they haven't. That doesn't help.
