the bestest TV movie evar

Yeah I liked it. I wish HBO made more movies.

When I saw this movie on cable in 1997 I thought it was good but totally crazy. It's crazy that this county is turning into the United States shown in this movie. Also James Coburn line in this movie which states that Americans like sizzle and that it's only later we all have to bite into the fat rings true.

while a lot of the movie is dated, in a general way it's not, there's increased political division in America then when this movie was made and obviously immigration is still a hot button issue

I mean, we live in an era when Texas, seriously or not, talks about "seceding" (and over a stupid reason too, "Obamacare"), that's proof right there that this movie is not all that far fetched

pretty good movie, I thought it was a lot better than Dante's later political satire, his episode of Masters of Horror "Homecoming", which was pretty awful

I assume most white Americans would prefer that the U.S. remain majority white? I'm not sure why that's controversial.
