How does it end?

I've just watched Savior on German television and had the impression it had been cut for reasons of length and/or violence. That's common practice on most TV channels wherever they are. But I would like to know if the film ends at the point where this version did.

Dennis Quaid has left Vera in the Red Cross vehicle and then walks out on the jetty. He throws his rifle and sight into the water, then collapses over the bench. The woman who was on the bus walks up to him, holding Vera, asks if the baby is his. Quaid says yes, she asks him if he's hurt and he says yes. She then says she'll take him to the hospital. Roll end credits.

Is this how the film actually ends or has something been cut so the broadcaster could show more commercials?
