Powerful and intense

I was staring open-mouthed at some of the scenes in the film. The filmmakers really captured the horrid effects of war on a person and what kind of things people do in war.

I can definitely see why Oliver Stone was behind this. It's an unblinking look at the desensitization of violence upon a human mind.
