My impression of Sara

The first ten minutes aren't that great, the tango in the Chinese restaraunt is pretty far-fetched and the nonstop shooting is rather over-the-top, but there is something about this movie that makes you just love it!

Sara is very different from any American mob movie you will probably ever see. It is rather a combination of an action movie and a chick flick.

The love story between Sara and Leon seems very right despite the ages of the charactors. You don't have a doubt that they truly love each other and are going to be just fine together.

The further the movie progresses the better it gets. The last 15 minutes are wonderful. I only heard of this movie through word of mouth, but I'm glad I did, as this is currently one of my favorites.

Totally unique! Exactly why my teen friends liked it! I was surprised I didn’t think they’d like it as much as they did! They said it was their favorite movie of all the movies they’d seen at my house. Plus they thought Boguslaw Linda was HOT! Hehe

Well, I agree that the scene with Argentine tango in the Chinese restaurant is kind of weird but...that doesn't change that fact that Aga and Bogus made this scene as hot as it gets. The way Sara moves her hand over Leon's chest is so sexy. I always wanted to be Agnieszka in that scene. She was so lucky to be in Bogus's arms!!!

I enjoyed this a good deal too, despite the overuse of fireworks and the over reliance on the protection offered by bullet-proof vests.

I'm quite a cum-lately Sopranos fan and I saw a lot of "ideas", "cross ferilzation" - the chubby affable middle aged gang boss, the gang boss daughter relationship, I just saw similarities.

Nice to see someone else discover this film. I live in the states and it's absolutely unknown here.

It's been one of my favorite films for years.
