Santa Fe--Love It? Hate It?

I love this movie enough to buy a copy. I laughed aloud watching it the first time. I read a comment that said the movie lacks focus. The point of view shifts moods rather a bit and on the fly, making Santa Fe a hard film to hard categorize. Combining elements of thriller, romance, comedy, social commentary, religious/philosophical discussion, Santa Fee was enjoyable because it was dense with content and very well performed.

I'm not a fan of overly simple movies. This movie provided meat to chew. Paul's marriage was a mess, and it took two people to make it that way. He is a very conflicted character in a predicament that could happen to anyone. Eleanor's dislike of being worshiped rang true as well. What do you like/hate about this film?
