I thought they went thru the house and confiscated all the guns?

Could have been in one of the suitcases she brought.
shareThey must have missed this one. It's the one under the kitchen sink that we saw earlier when he was cooking the macrobiotic food and he throws the foul smelling vegetable in the garbage can.
shareWhen the children were cleaning the guns out of the house, the son (in law?) was kneeling down taking one out from under one side of the sink. Someone else in the scene asked a question, distracting him, and he never took the one from the other side under the sink. There were two under the sink, originally.
