what a cheesy ending

of course an unemployed actor 35 no agent no history bno credits to his name suddenly lands a role in a film, and all problems are solved, making sure that the film proves after all that capitalism really works. Wish i'd never started watching it in the first place

I absolutely agree with you. The ending irritated me. Why do they always have to find a corny solution to everything!

but bob didn't seem to be too happy in the end...

Because the producers of Hollywood are a tight-knit gang of millionaires and they hate poor people of america, so they make fun of them in their films.

Oh what a day. What a lovely day!

The whole movie seemed like a waste of time. Not really bad, not really good, just a waste of time.

To the OP of this thread - I guess you missed the point that in Hollywood, landing a big role doesn't mean squat.

Did you not see what happened to Maxwell Caulfield's character after he got the big part on the soap? :)

reply

What about real life? Maxwell Caulfield had a major role in Grease 2 and it did nothing for his career or anyone else that was in it. Thankfully for Michelle Pfeiffer she later had a career in spite of having been in it!
