Where can I buy this movie on at least DVD?

This is a very good movie! I've seen it on VHS many times by now, but my VHS player doesn't work anymore.

I've looked for it everywhere but can't find it. Neither on DVD or Blu-Ray.

Is it not released on DVD?

If not. Will it be released some day? When can it be expected?

Why on earth don't they at least release it digitally somewhere so one could download for money?
