I thought it was kind of disappointing that Booker wasn't in the movie. I mean he isn't a needed character I suppose but it would have been nice to see Rudy's best friend a few time, just to show that he had someone watching out for him.
shareThey left out a lot of the subplots in the movie, for time constraints, I assume...the whole side story about Rudy's job woes (Brodnax Speer, the Lake firm, etc.) is another glaring omission...but Im sure they had to be selective in how to adapt the book to film...
