They avoid this lawsuit by claiming that no suitable donor available

This movie breaks my heart because my younger brother died from the same thing. Instead of risking litigation, they claimed no donor was a correct match and he was too weak for transplant anyway. The truth was that his insurance did not want to pay. This is a very common practice now. I just hope it goes around and the people who let my brother die a horrible death face a justice or vengence.
