Van at the end of movie
When Stanton and Henry are walking on the path near the end of the movie Henry sees a van/car, is concerned, and makes a comment about it. What was that all about? Who was in the van/car and what was it's purpose?
shareI believe it was the media. The driver contacted the media to let them know Stanton and Henry secretly went to see Picker.
shareAgreed, when they arrive at the meeting with Picker, Stanton comments on the fact that there are no media present...which we are to assume is a good thing.
It's kind of a paranoia thing I imagine. The idea that the media are ever-present and any political candidate must be hyper-vigilant about protecting themselves from the media circus. Especially when they are 'colluding with the opposition'.
