why no polish cast members?
seriously?i know its only a movie and people ae acting but it could have brought a little more validity to the story and even how they look

There weren't any Polish native actors that were famous enough to play the parents other than Gabriel Byrne and Lena Olin.

Lena Olin is Swedish and Gabriel Byrne was born in Ireland.Again there is hundreds of polish actors that could have made this movie.As i remember,this movie really wasnt popularly released so there would hundreds of people to pick from.Even a Polish American like myself would definately do
