I enjoyed this movie alot more than I should have. David Duchovny's line delivery is so low-key always bordering on sacastic, and is awsome for the internalized naration in this movie. Anyone else delivering those lines wouldn't have made it near as fun to watch.

i like the movie (dont pay much attention in the middle)but in the end i notice that david d was a little....i dont know bad actor...in both shotgun scene if u pay attention i dont know he looks so...normal
and the recovery of an addiction i think is a little more difficult than that
I think that's more down to the script as far as the recovery goes.
I thought he was great in this film, made it worth watching and I agree with the first poster about his narration ability. His voice suits it perfectly and it was a great sign of what was to come with his current series Californication. Superb actor.
