Who is that actor?

Who is the actor who played the guy in the bus with the long hair and nose ring? He looks familiar and I swear I've seen him somewhere before. I watched the scenes with him in it again and I could not find his character's name. I also can't figure out which name in the cast listing could be him.

If you watch HBO's 'Deadwood', you should recignize him. It's John Hawkes, who plays Bullock's business partner Sol Starr!

He's also in "Identity"

Yea, it's John Hawkes. His character name is Flick; altho I don't recall hearing his name mentioned in the movie.

John Hawkes also played Mike 'Bugsy' Moran in The Perfect Storm (it's what I remember him from).

He also plays Kenny Power's brother on Eastbound and Down.
