How could Diamond become furious with both her ex and Ebony after she found them both in bed together? Didn't she just break up with that guy after he issued an ultimatum to her to either choose between him or stripping in clubs? (She of course opted for the latter.) I mean, what did she expect? Did she realistically think that he was going to keep his life(sex life that is) on hold until she came around? And top of that she even had the audacity to fire bullets at him.

Who did she think she was?

The point is that no boyfriend should ever date or sleep with his ex's closest friend and relatives.Keep in mind that Diamond was emotionally attached to Ebony, she was her favorite cousin. She was more mad at Ebony's actions then she was at Lance's actions.

Did she overreact?? Yes. But thats what people do. Thats not uncommon at all. I wouldnt fire off a gun but had I caught my ex and cousin fcking in MY place I woulda thrown them BOTH out! That scene was very hard to take serious anyway! They left the door unlocked and they didnt even hear her screaming outside when that Myron guy was tryna get in. Sloppy writing.

Well it's realistic when a woman clearly really likes or loves a guy. Sure they had a fight and she said something in the heat of the moment, but it's obvious that she didn't really want to be completely done with him. This is why she tells Jamie Foxx's character no when he firsts asks her for her phone number. She says that her and the other guy may get back together, which is why she was so pissed at both of them when she caught them.
