What do you think about the cover photo?

If I saw that cover photo for the first time on the box of a DVD in the video rental store, I wouldn't even think about taking it with me. This looks like a picture taken from a mediocre Van Damme, Seagal or Stalone action flick, while in reality this is a fine movie.

Who shares my opinion on this one? Who believes I'm completely wrong?

Well, seeing the list of movies that you own, I'm pretty sure that you'll like it too. We seem to have the same taste for movies, because I've got a collection that is pretty similar to yours. :-)

I saw the movie last night, it was moderately entertaining.

Funny how when moviemakers are short of cash and can't afford Alec Baldwin, they pick Daniel.

Same thing happened on Paparazzi. Where there was also a poor man's De Niro baddie sidekick on that film. The De Niro clone in Phoenix was pretty good too and no doubt a lot cheaper than Bobby.

Yeah its certainly not the most appealing cover out there. I think alot of movie producers make the mistake of making a kick ass film then giving at a *beep* cover which people just completely skim over in the video store.

I have actually scene a different cover then the one that is the most common one..Liotta holding the gun. There is also a cover where it's just Liotta and there's also Anjelica Huston..but just covered in like shadows..very dark cover and that one really worked. You can see it here

I agree.

I will tell you that 20 years ago when folks went to the video rental shop to see a movie I had a great idea that the studios should go back and reshoot many of the vhs covers to make them more appealing.
